And if you think this Facebook’s privacy debacle doesn’t have anything to do you, think again: Unlike PCI, whose standards affect their own customers and thus they were very lenient for the first 10 years, the European Union is looking out only for their citizens... meaning the fines are huge and there’s no incentive to play nice - especially for foreign-based (read: US) organizations.

Facebook’s actions only make things worse for ‘average’ companies

The May 25th GDPR deadline is coming up fast.  As privacy concerns mount in the United States, the GDPR could very well serve as a model for US regulatory compliance in data privacy going forward.

Find out what you need to do now!

It’s estimated that only 20% of companies will make the date. While this may seem comforting, there’s a difference between being close to compliant and being found negligent. Join us as we will be reviewing the requirements and discuss what it will take to get to GDPR compliance.
